In an effort to keep the Friendship Club doors open and the lights on, many loyal supporters have been asking for ways to donate. The outreach, support and spirit has been and continues to be an incredible testament to our program. Below is how you can assist in keeping our spirit alive.
In an effort to keep the Friendship Club doors open and the lights on, many loyal supporters have been asking for ways to donate. The outreach, support and spirit has been and continues to be an incredible testament to our program. Below is how you can assist in keeping our spirit alive.
The Friendship Club room is hosting in-room and online meetings daily. During each meeting an optional "DONATION BASKET" is being passed around to all attendees. Online we use a VIRTUAL BASKET via PAYPAL. You can also MAIL a check directly to the room. This act of kindness serve as the donations that help us with The Seventh Tradition which states that “Every A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.” While contributions cover each group's rent and other expenses, the Seventh Tradition is essential at every level of A.A. service.
